What We Collect
ClarioScan collects only what is strictly necessary to provide the service. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. When you submit a report for analysis, the file and text are processed in memory and immediately discarded — we never write them to disk or a database. If you are signed in, we save the AI-generated analysis result (not your original file) to your account history.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not store your scan images, X-Rays, MRI files, CT scans, or PDF reports. We do not store your doctor's report text. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your data to train AI models.
How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used to identify your account and link your saved analyses. Your analysis results are stored so you can access your history. We may use anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the product.
Third-Party Services
ClarioScan uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the US), Anthropic (AI analysis — files are sent to Anthropic's API and governed by their data processing terms), Google (OAuth sign-in), and Gumroad (payment processing). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Your account and saved analyses are retained until you request deletion. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@clarioscan.com.
Security
All data is transmitted over TLS. Authentication is handled by Supabase with Google OAuth. We do not store passwords. Row-level security policies ensure users can only access their own data.
Children
ClarioScan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
