By using ClarioScan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational Use Only
ClarioScan is a patient education tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and does not replace the advice of a licensed healthcare professional. All output from ClarioScan is for informational and educational purposes only.
Not Medical Advice
ClarioScan translates and explains existing medical reports. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace your doctor. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.
Account
You may use ClarioScan without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Payments
Pay-as-you-go and subscription payments are processed by Gumroad. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per Gumroad's refund policy.
Prohibited Use
You may not use ClarioScan to process data you do not have the right to submit, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, resell or redistribute results commercially, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarioScan and its operators are not liable for any medical decisions made based on AI output, inaccurate AI interpretations, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
